This website does not collect data

There are no forms, accounts or cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify visitors. Your language choice (PL/EN) is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.

Data from emails

When you write to us or place an order, we process the data in your message: name, email address, delivery address or Parcel Locker, phone number, order details and, if you need an invoice, company details.

Purposes and legal basis

• replying to your message and fulfilling your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• issuing and keeping accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
• establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives the data

Only those we need to fulfil your order: the carrier (InPost or another agreed carrier), the bank (payment), our accounting office and our email provider (Google, Gmail). Google may process data outside the European Union under mechanisms provided for in the GDPR (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

How long

We keep correspondence until the matter is closed and then until the limitation periods for claims expire. Accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the year in which they were created.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO) or the authority in your country. Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot fulfil an order without it.
