Seller

Orders

You place an order by email to michelisketo@gmail.com. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email and send you the payment details.

Price and payment

Prices on the website are final prices. ALKETA costs €26 per bottle (in Poland 109 zł, plus 17 zł shipping). You pay in advance by bank transfer to the account given in our email.

Shipping

Within Poland we ship via InPost (Parcel Lockers) once the payment is received. Shipping to other countries is possible on request; we agree the cost by email before you pay.

Complaints

We are responsible for the goods being in conformity with the contract. If the product is defective or the parcel is incomplete, write to michelisketo@gmail.com and describe the problem (ideally with a photo). We will reply within 14 days. You may request a replacement free of defects or, where this is not possible, a price reduction or a refund.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel. An email with your statement is enough. We will refund your payment, including the cost of the cheapest shipping option, within 14 days of receiving your statement, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the product back. The buyer bears the cost of returning it.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the packaging has been opened after delivery: the supplement is supplied in a sealed package which cannot be returned once opened for health protection and hygiene reasons (Article 38(1)(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

Businesses

The consumer rules on withdrawal and complaints also apply to sole traders buying for purposes not related to their profession. Terms for pharmacies are agreed individually.

Disputes

Consumers in Poland can get help from their municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection. Consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
